We do require that you try the product for at least 90 days and that you return it before 180 days after purchase. There are a couple of reasons for this trial period: 1. Geese will not forsake their goslings. The Away With Geese unit works best when placed before you have eggs or baby geese present, or just after the goslings take flight (about 90 days after birth). 2. Positioning of the unit is important. We will help you determine the optimum placement of your unit. Every property and pond is different. We can help you eliminate blind spots and advise about certain areas such as those with steep banks, docks and trees. Using the product with our assistance for 90 days should take care of your problem geese. If it doesn't, simply return it for a full refund within 91 to 180 days from date of purchase.
